Description
Sweet potatoes, or sweet potatoes, are the tubers of sweet potatoes and are among the oldest foods. Before processing, tubers are much harder than classic potatoes, and their flesh is most often deep orange in color. After cooking, sweet potatoes are soft, with a sweet taste and high nutrient content.
